Shawna Hiatt grew up all around Lake Chelan — then built a life as a longtime resident, property owner, and broker on Hawaii's Big Island, including her ongoing work at Equity Hawaii Real Estate in Hilo since 2019. She's since come home to take over her family's ranch on the lake she grew up on. Today she's a property owner in both places — she's not just selling these markets, she's lived in them.
